Peter is in Tampa or more correctly Palm Harbour near Tampa for this week's PODS Championship, an event he has played on four previous occasions making the cut in three and finishing with one top ten when 9th in his first attempt in 2003.

Peter arrives in Tampa after an indifferent week at last week's Honda Classic, more especially at the weekend. 

The one department that did not suffer too badly last week was Peter's driving and it will need to be good this week  on what is one of the better layouts on the PGA Tour. The rough this year is thicker than in previous years due mainly to the different time of the year for the event and that the course is emerging from a winter period.

The overseeding is still in full effect and the rye grass rough is longer and thicker than previously has been the case. Peter plays at 12.50 in round one with Arron Oberholser and Jeff Sluman.
