Peter has made a solid start in his quest to graduate through Stage Two of  USPGA Tour qualifying an opening round of 71 leaving him in  share of 13th position at the Hombre Golf club in Panama City.

It was an impressive recovery from an early double bogey, four birdies on his back nine important for both his confidence after such a long break and his position in the 73 player field, all of whom are seeking one of the 19 and ties places available from his venue through to Final Stage in early December.
