Peter heads to Broussard in Louisiana this week for the Chitimacha Louisiana Open, the third event of the 2011 Nationwide Tour season.

A two week break at his home in Orlando has given Peter the chance to catch up on some much needed short game practice

"All going well here," said Peter just prior to leaving for Broussard. "I have spent a lot of time over the last two weeks doing plenty of work on the short game and hopefully it all comes together.

"It's a bit of a tougher process than I thought it would be but I am happy enough with the way the game seems to be improving.

"I have gone back to my old faithful long putter and hopefully together we can find something special - just a few putts to get started would be nice.

On a brighter note the Doggies (Peter's NRL team) are looking good which makes me a happy chappy."

This week's event is being played at the Le Triomphe Country Club.
