Peter's final round of 72 at the AT&T National tournament in Bethesda, Maryland, has seen him finish in 54th position at the Tiger Woods hosted event.

The cheque he received for US$13,600 now has him within just a few dollars of US$900,000 for the season as he heads into this week's John Deere Classic in Silvis, Illinois, an event he has not played previously.

Typically at this time of the year, Peter is preparing to travel to Britain for the Open Championship but, as he is not playing at Carnoustie this year, he has decided to play this event at the TPC Deere Run.
