Peter now heads for a two week break from tournament golf after his 36th placed finish at the Barclays Classic today. Peter's next event will be the Buick Championship at the TPC at River Highlands near Hartford.

Today's round started with a bogey before a missed chance at the second was followed by a lengthy birdie putt at the third. A missed green cost him a bogey at the fourth and it would be another ten holes before Peter recorded another birdie when he hit a great tee shot to five feet at the 14th.

His 36th place earned a cheque for US$26,000 and Peter now has $560,000 in PGA Tour earnings in 2006.

Peter will next play the Buick Championship then the Cialis Western Open before heading to the British Open where he has a start as a result of being a member of the Presidents Cup team.
