It was Peter's first missed cut in seven times to the event. Peter will stay in the Columbus area for Monday's US Open qualifying where he will join some 140 others in trying to get one of the 24 places available at his particular qualifying venue for the US Open at Oakmont which starts on June 14th. The qualifying will take place over 36 holes.

Peter has disappointingly missed the cut at the Memorial Tournament, a poor start and a poor finish to his second round of 76 costing him any chance of being around for the weekend. The cut fell at 2 over but Peter missed by two, his two late bogies proving very costly.
