Peter has spent the last week at home in Orlando preparing for the Nationwide Tour's next two events in Georgia.

This week's South Georgia Classic in Valdosta will be followed by the Stadion Classic in Athens in Georgia and Peter is hoping the work he has done on his short game might assist in getting things moving in the right direction this week. 

"I really did put a lot of work in on the short game last week," said Peter just before leaving Orlando for Valdosta. "Hopefully it will pay off and I will get the most improved player award," he added jokingly referring ot the fact that he has yet to make a cut this season.

"I have just played a practice round," said Peter on Tuesday referring to his first round at the Kinderlou Forest Golf Club. "The course is pretty wide open but very long to make up for it. It's definitely a bombers track if it doesn't dry out a bit. My ball striking was pretty good and after all the chipping and putting I have done I am hoping for something better this week."
