"I haven't actually made a cut on the PGA Tour since last September which I guess is only four starts but after missing in San Diego last week I worked my butt off over the weekend and it actually feels alright," said Peter from Scottsdale this morning. "Surprisingly there has been a bit of rain around here of late and the course is playing quite long but I am happy enough with things. If I can get things going in the right direction I could do ok. I am certainly hitting the ball a little better this week than was the case last week and the chipping which has been plaguing me appears to be coming right."
Peter
finished 14th at this event last year. He has a 12.53 tee time on day
one when he will play with Rich Beem and Brandt Jobe
