A second round of four under par 68 has moved Peter into 12th place at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans and he is just four behind the second round leader Mark Calcavecchia.

Peter's first birdie came at the par three 14th (he started on the 10th today) when he holed from 15 feet and then birdied the par five 18th, after laying up, to turn in two under 34.  He birdied the par five second hole after again being forced to lay up and all but holing his third. At the 6th hole or his 15th of the round he made his final birdie of the day to move to four under.

This was Peter's 9th cut made in 12 starts for the season 2007 and he will be keen to finish off the event a little better than has been the case in recent weeks.
