A total of two under par for thirty six holes might be enough to give some sort of chance of making the cut in many PGA Tour events but at the Funai Classic it was never going to get the job done. 

Peter's consecutive rounds of 71 have left him three shots short of the score needed to make the cut at the event played near to his home in Orlando and so he will now prepare for what is likely to be the final event of the 2006 PGA Tour season for him next week at the Chrysler Championship.

 After encouraging signs with his game in recent weeks it will be a case of back to the drawing board before heading across Florida to next week's venue near Tampa.
