Peter misses cut at Sony
Written by Bruce Young

dscn0210Despite an improved second round of even par 70, Peter has made an ordinary start to his 2008 PGA Tour campaign by missing the cut at the Sony Open in Hawaii.

After his opening round of 73 had left him four shots behind the likely cut mark, Peter knew he needed a good round on day two but despite an early birdie he struggled on the greens and was unable to make any further progress. He finished at three over par with the likely cut looking to be at one under.

Peter will now fly to Palm Desert in California for this coming week's Bob Hope Chrysler Classic  which starts on Wednesday due to the event being played over 90 holes.
