Peter is on Hilton Head Island this week for the Verizon Heritage Classic, the event he won four years ago in a final round tussle with Darren Clarke.

After a week back home in Orlando Peter is back and rearing to go on a golf course that has meant so much to him but one that enjoys for the shear quality of the layout. "The small greens and tight turning fairways make this a real test and the layout is often firm at this event to place even more demands on your game," said Peter. "You would struggle to find someone who does not enjoy playing this course."

"While my record to date this year might not suggest such I am not playing all that badly and hopefully a return to Harbour Town will kick start my season. I had a tough day on the last day in Houston but in the earlier rounds I had played ok so I'm not all that far from where I need to be.

I spent last week practising my butt off after almost getting it together in Houston. Except for a  couple of poor drives that led to triples, it was definitely much better.

I have done a lot of work with the driver in the past few months and now feel like I have it worked out. 

The weather this week looks as if it will be good and the course is in perfect condition. I am now looking forward to the next four weeks on the road."
