This past week has been a shocker for Bulldogs supporter Peter Lonard. Not only did his team get robbed by a controversial referring decision in their match against the Dragons on Friday last but a week earlier he had lost a bet with his good friend and manager Mick Graham on the match against the Tigers

The loss of the bet was bad enough but as a result of that loss he was forced to wear the Tiger's jersey during a lunch he and Mick had together, rubbing salt into the wound. Pete was so confident of a Bulldogs victory that he gave Mick 6.5 points as Pete figured  that without their great playmaker Benjie Marshall the West Tigers would struggle. 

The end result was a win to the Bulldogs 22 - 20 but with the points given taken into account, Pete lost the bet and during lunch together last week in Orlando Peter was seen to be wearing the Tiger's jersey. (see photo).
