After an opening round of 69 at the PODS Championship, Peter was only five holes into his second round when inclement weather brought a halt to proceedings. The Copperhead layout at Palm Harbour had been buffeted for much of the day by strong windy conditions but a late storm brought play to an early finish on day two as it had done on day one.  

At that point Peter was one over for the day after a disappointing bogey at the par five 5th and one under for the tournament. With the current cut looking to be either one or two over  Peter has a cushion at this stage but more importantly an opportunity on his return on Saturday morning to move closer to contention.
