It was a day that started off with a lot of promise but two bogies in his first four holes had him on the back foot. Peter grabbed oen shot back with a birdie from ten feet behind the flag at the 6th but then dropped shots at the 8th and 9th to turn in three over 39. Peter made a nice par save at the 12th and then all but holed his tee shot at the 13th and moved back to five under for the tournament. At the 16th Peter made a nice up and down for birdie from just left of the green and moved to six under. He found the green at the 17th and made par and finished with a par at the last after missing the green from the middle of the fairway. It was perhaps a disappointing day given the improved scoring conditions but it was a very good week overall for Peter who moves his earnings in 2007 to US$768,000.
