Peter has spent the last two weeks since missing the cut in the final event of his Nationwide Tour season, preparing for a tilt at Stage Two Qualifying for next year's PGA Tour.

Peter will tee it up at the Hombre Golf Club in Panama City in the north west of Florida, a venue from where he has managed to qualify previously. Two years ago Peter finished inside the top 15 players who graduated from the Hombre Golf Club to the Final Stage of Qualfying and he was happy to be playing that venue again.

"I know the layout well and I can drive across from here in Orlando so it makes sense for me to play Hombre again," said Peter.

"I have spent the last couple of weeks focusing on my game and my fitness and feel good enough about things in that regard. I have switched to the short putter in recent months and have really concentrated on that. I have had a putting specialist looking at my technique and all seems good. I am hitting a lot of good putts and hopefully it will all fall into place at Stage Two.

My plans for Australia are to play the J.B. Were Masters in Melbourne after the Final Stage, providing I make it through and if by chance I do not then I would try and get to Coolum to play the Australian PGA Championship.

I am looking forward to playing back in Australia but clearly trying to get playing rights here next year is very important."
